We ship worldwide from Melbourne, Australia.

Ready to Ship (RTS) orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 5–10 business days.

Made to Order (MTO) pieces are made entirely by hand — slowly, intentionally, and with love. Every piece carries the spiritual energy of the hands that shaped it. We believe in slow, intentional, artisanal art, and we pour that into everything we make.

Because of this, slight variations between pieces are not imperfections — they're proof that something real was made by a real person. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that is exactly the point. AI could never. ♡

Our standard production time is 4–6 weeks before dispatch. Rushing something handmade is hard — but not impossible. If you need your piece by a certain date, reach out via our contact page before placing your order and we'll see what we can do. Rush orders may be accepted for an additional express fee.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. International shipping times vary by destination.
