Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because everything is made with intention and care — and often made just for you — we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
For Custom / Made to Order pieces, a 50% deposit is required when placing your order, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before dispatch. These payments are non-refundable.
That said, we do accept exchanges if:
- Your order arrived damaged in transit
- There's a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong size
If any of these apply, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order via our contact page — include your order number and some photos and we'll make it right.
Please note that natural variations in texture, finish, or form are part of what makes each piece unique. They are not defects. They are the whole point. ♡
Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
